Excellent food & ambiance, however, sadly... the wait service was subpar on this visit.

The food, atmosphere, and service were very inviting. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. And the food was amazing. I can't wait to go back.

Lobster Bar Swas fantastic! Our server, James, was amazing--attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. The Chili Lobster was the star of the night, perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious. Fresh seafood, great ambiance, and outstanding service made for a memorable evening. Highly recommend!

Food was delicious! Shrimp with shrimp cocktail were so fresh. Octopus appetizer was tender and had a great lemon flavor. Filet was cooked wonderfully and fried lobster tail that we added on had a great flavor. Crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Lobster bisque was smooth and creamy. Drinks were wonderful! One of the best dirty martinis I've ever had. Service was good. Ambiance is perfect. The restaurant was so beautiful inside and I love all the details.

Our dinner celebrated my friend's birthday. The service and food emulated the special occasion! James, our server, was fantastic. His top notch service continued through out our entire dining experience.

What a gorgeous restaurant! It was all lit up for the holidays too. We loved the food. The Crab Cakes were so good! The service was questionable. But we enjoyed ourselves and had a fabulous evening full of yummy food! Love it!

Starting with the gorgeous interior, you are greeted by friendly staff who know how to make people feel special for their occasions! We came for my birthday dinner and I was already congratulated as soon as I stepped in. We were shown to our table, walking past their giant ice bin they have presented in the middle of the restaurant holding lobster, crab legs, fish and more with two silver octopus sculptures on each end. Our server was very nice and made sure we had a great experience. She also said happy birthday to me. I got the Luscious cocktail and wow was that good! Citrusy and refreshing, almost like a lemonade. We got some appetizers for the table starting with one of the specials which featured a mixture of mussels & clams in a white sauce. I love both so we had to do it and did not regret it. You get a really good amount too so perfect to share. We also started with the cold smoked salmon "tarte" pizza which was delicious! My entree was the filet mignon paired with the fried lobster tail per recommendation and I was so blown away. I've never had fried lobster and now I can't see myself eating it any other way, it was that good. The steak was cooked perfectly and equally as tasty. For the table we shared the lobster mashed potatoes which was so rich and creamy, it just worked perfectly. Our server brought out a complimentary dessert, their malted milk chocolate ganache treat, all decorated also wishing me a happy birthday! It was so sweet (literally) and we were surprised to find out the dessert is gluten free, you would never tell. Along with that we ordered crème brûlée which tasted almost lemony that I enjoyed but the rest of the table didn't care too much for. Overall an amazing experience where they didn't miss a thing, definitely one of my favorite restaurants. We did valet for parking (don't remember cost) but I think there is garage parking around as it is located right by Riverfront.

I stopped in here to have dinner and a drink. I arrived when they just opened, so it was not crowded at all. We sat at the bar for a drink and decided to stay there for dinner, which was a great choice. For starters I ordered the New York Sour because I love a good sour however the wine addition wasn't my favorite component. For my meal I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass "Bangkok with a side of Buttery Yukon Potato Mash. My meal was truly delcious and loved every bit of it. Our male server was great and I really enjoyed his service. The restaurant overall is gorgeous and I loved how airy it feels. Definitely a great restaurant for delicious seafood dishes.

We had our Holiday Party at the Lobster Bar, prominently looking on Las Olas Boulevard in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. This is a wonderful restaurant and the food is so amazing. We were seated in the private dining room and the servers assigned to assist us were fantastic. My drink glass never got below half a tank and everyone had a wonderful time. I started with the Lobster Bisque and I enjoyed it very much. Was both creamy and delicious. For the main course I had the Faroe Islands Salmon served with potato purée, asparagus, tomato, capers and sorrel nage. This selection was really good as everything worked so well together with nothing dominating anything else on the plate. The salmon was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed everything very much. The dessert offered was LBSG Warm Chocolate Hazelnut Cake. This dish was both visually appealing and it was delicious, if not a bit decadent. Nevertheless, it's the Holiday Season so we can throw caution to the wind and enjoy ourselves!
